Overnight Accomodation

Treat yourself to a relaxing break at the only vineyard accommodation in the Swan Valley. There is just one Upper Reach Cottage so you’ll be the only guests on your very own 20 acre vineyard. The self-contained 1907 cottage has been completely refurbished to include everything you need when staying in your home away from home.

LUXURY ACCOMMODATION IN THE SWAN VALLEY… NESTLED ON THE BANKS OF THE SWAN RIVER…in the picturesque Swan Valley and located between several must visit Swan Valley wineries, Baudin’s Cottage is luxury self-contained holiday accommodation.

WHETHER IT’S A ROMANTIC WEEKEND GETAWAY…
a peaceful retreat, unwinding after a busy week in the City, wedding accommodation, or making a weekend of a summer concert at one of the nearby venues, spend quality time with friends and family at Baudin’s Cottage.

AWAKEN TO THE SOUND… of native birdlife including the Baudin’s Cockatoo with its distinctive and plaintive ‘plee-erk’, enjoy your own cooked breakfast (or one for you to cook can be supplied on request), saunter across to Broads Restaurant for a long lazy lunch overlooking the vineyards, sample some locally produced wine at neighbouring Upper Reach and Mann Winery. Play a game of tennis, badminton or boules, take a bike ride around the Swan Valley, or take a picnic down to the banks of the Swan River to where Captain James Stirling ended his expedition of the Swan River in 1827. Celebrate with a sundowner and BBQ on the back deck of your cottage. As the evening draws in, in winter curl up in front of the log fire with a bottle of locally produced wine or in summer, sit on the front deck with a drink and enjoy the beautiful night sky.
